A retirement and insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide project management and leadership for course development and maintenance projects
Perform peer reviews to edit, standardize, improve, and enhance team content

Qualifications for this position include:

5+ years working as an instructional designer or courseware developer
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in instructor-led, virtual classroom delivery and e-learning formats
