A management and technology consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer in McLean.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess required learning and performance needs and solutions
- Developing project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, monitor schedule, and manage project risk
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of experience with instructional design, including creating engaging and interactive learning curriculums by applying industry standard methodologies to the full life cycle of course development
- 3+ years of experience with managing course design projects focused on learning and development, human capital, or people programs
- Experience with managing vendors in support of learning solution design, development, and delivery
- Experience in presenting to and interacting with stakeholders and senior SMEs in a consultative manner
- Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools including Articulate 360 and adult learning theory for wide modalities
- Bachelor’s degree
