Job Summary
A management consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Instructional Systems Design Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of adult learning strategies, Instructional Systems Design, Criterion-Referenced Instruction, etc
- Work with the EES eLearning producer for graphics that enhance learner outcomes
- Design supplemental job aids that work as performance support tools for each of the web-based courses, if needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience providing instructional design support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated success in supporting the creation of storyboards and TLO’s and ELO’s that are 508 compliant
- Ability to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
