A management consulting and IT support firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Instructional Systems Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing needs assessments, requirements development, and analyses
- Building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience conducting learning analyses and learning strategy development
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing instructor-led and eLearning products
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning resources with SCORM and Section 508 compliance
- Ability to create effective supporting course documentation
