Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Insurance Account Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing successful outsourcing of workflows
  • Preparing and reviewing client communications and deliverables
  • Managing certificate of insurance process, if necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation
  • Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of standard features Microsoft Office
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work to solve problems
  • Minimum of 1 year of brokerage experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment
