Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Insurance Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing and analyzing state statutes, regulations, insurance department bulletins, etc
- Monitoring regulatory and legislative changes
- Advising, guiding, and supporting the Claims department
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance compliance, or related industry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to operational functions
- Knowledge of Fair Claims Handling procedures and compliance with laws, regulations, or standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage many projects, different demands, and competing customers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and research skills
