An insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Insurance Customer Experience Product Manager.

- Developing customer experience capability solutions and partners

Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience required including relevant customer understanding/user research/consulting experience
- Advanced project and process management experience
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong business acumen, with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses strong technical aptitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office products
