An insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Insurance Customer Experience Product Manager.

  • Developing customer experience capability solutions and partners
  • Monitoring, diagnosing, predicting, and activating customer experience insights
  • Making recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Extensive experience required including relevant customer understanding/user research/consulting experience
  • Advanced project and process management experience
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong business acumen, with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses strong technical aptitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office products
