- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects
- Previous experience in managing the delivery of Kentico CMS enterprise applications
- Ability to understand and relate to the business objectives and provide a high-quality solution
- Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly to both technical and non-technical audiences
