Job Summary
A global manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Senior Intellectual Property Licensing and Mergers and Acquisitions Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing and facilitating IP sales, acquisitions and investments
- Developing IP strategies
- Providing deep patent analysis expertise
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8 years of diverse experience in the field of intellectual property, including patent work
- Demonstrated experience structuring collaborative development efforts
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or as a European Patent Attorney
- Member in good standing with at least one state bar association
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Previous experience related to IP litigation and licensing activities
