A software solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Interaction Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as owner of user experience & advocate for end user in development of the UX strategies & vision for the organization
- Defining the strategy around Flexera One and what is important to the success of the business
- Translating business goals into holistic plan with actionable strategies to ensure ease of use & an engaging experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with enterprise software solutions
- A strong strategic mindset and deep experience in leading design teams
- A passion and rich background in interaction design
- Excellent visual & interaction design skills& keen understanding of how to build alignment & collaboration across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and designs in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels
- Track record of deploying digital tools & services in fast-moving & changing environment
