Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is filling a position for a Senior Interactive Response Technology Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for the coordination of clinical activities and advocating new technologies, tools and processes
- Managing applicable Interactive Response Technology (IRT) staff and interviews potential candidates
- Supporting and managing the training needs of the end-users and other study personnel
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with six to eight years of client service and/or management experience
- Experience in project management in an FDA regulated environment, preferably in a CRO or Bio/Pharmaceutical
- Have appropriate experience within the pharmaceutical/clinical research industry
- Have a customer focus, drive, and initiative and ability to produce results
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Strong project and vendor management skills
