Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Internal Communications Director.

Must be able to:

• Set communication strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSuite Executives and Vice Presidents
• Collaborate across global HR, site partners, and cultural ambassadors in the business to scale engagement activities

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business management, or related field
• 15+ more years of comparable experience, preferably in a high-technology environment
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, leading, and completing highly effective communications, or public/partner relations strategies
• Experience developing the internal communications/engagement strategy for a global company
• Ability to clearly understand and empathize with diverse points of view, develop trusting relationships
• Work with and be trusted with confidential and sensitive data and information
