Job Summary

An internet services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Internet Service Cloud Platform Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Accelerating engineering productivity
  • Providing common tooling for metrics, tracing, cost-management, backup and recovery
  • Helping grow and training a cross-functional platform team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years software development experience building resilient platforms and/or SaaS solutions
  • Strong familiarity with Kubernetes and declarative infrastructure management patterns
  • Excellence in at least one programming language
  • Strong familiarity with AWS (primarily EC2, networking, and IAM) and/or Openstack
  • Ability to interact, present and influence at all levels of companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
