An internet support services provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Internet Support System Product Design Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating the product team on the value of using the system
- Managing and leading a growing and business-critical team of designers
- Mentoring individual contributor designers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design
- Experience presenting to stakeholders both progress, milestones, and value propositions for securing resources
- Experience in complex workstreams spanning multiple teams and roles
- Proactive and clear communicator
- People-focussed, critical and strategic analytical thinker
- Track record of building and managing impactful, collaborative product design teams
