Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Investigations Employee Relations Partner.
Must be able to:
- Manage, track, and determine eligibility for all aspects of job protected leaves
- Update leave/claim files and notes in the computer as appropriate
- Maintain and administer appropriate check cycle payments and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Can acts as a resource to clients and staff regarding the requirements and regulations
- Able to answer all telephone claim calls from claimants, clients and carriers within 24 hours
- Can provide highest quality of customer service
- Able to set up and administers Leave of Absence, Voluntary Disability, Paid Family Leave, and more
- Can coordinate coverage and administration of insured programs with the appropriate carrier
