Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is seeking a Remote Senior Investor Claims Production Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead and oversee the claim filing, invoice payment and quality control staff
- Keep abreast of changes to investor/insurer rules and technology upgrades
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the claim filing process
Position Requirements Include:
- 7-10 years of experience in filing FHA, VA, USDA, FHLMC, FNMA and MI claims
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Direct experience with MSP, VALERI, YARDI, FHA Connection/Catalyst, Loansphere/Property 360, PAID claims
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated success in working in a fast paced, distributed environment
