Job Summary

A global animal-health technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior IT Asset Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with the IT leaders to raise awareness of SAM processes and policy across the IT organization and wider business as appropriate through communication with and education of stakeholders
  • Designing, developing, and generating reports to communicate and monitor compliance, liability and budgetary data for software and hardware assets
  • Analyzing exception data to identify potential breaches of policy and their causes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related Software and Hardware Asset Management experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 7+ years of equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated firm working knowledge of license models as well as entitlements and usage rules for software publishers including, but not limited to, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Oracle, Citrix, Amazon, etc
  • Possession of a solid understanding of IT asset management policies, procedures and best practices
  • Solid working knowledge of ITSM system ServiceNow
  • Understanding of End Point Management and inventory toolsets such as SCCM, InTune, Jamf, UEM, etc
  • Moderate to Advanced experience using MS Excel, Access, SQL, Powertools, PowerBI and similar tools
