Job Summary
A clinical research organization is in need of a Remote Senior IT Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing project oversight and guidance to other Business Analysts
- Learning processes at a technical level and identifying ways to improve and coordinate the training of others
- Assisting with the evaluation of new or updated products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience analyzing data, using SQL, or similar scripting language
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects/tasks simultaneous
- Comfortable mentoring and leading team members in process improvement initiatives
