Job Summary

A university needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior IT Business Intelligence System Analyst or IT Business Intelligence System Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for issue resolution on a day-to-day basis
  • Contribute to and sometimes lead projects for the development of data solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and gather requirements for enhancement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in computer science, IT, business or related fields, or equivalent education/experience
  • Two years of experience with business intelligence solutions, reporting, and support
  • Experience gathering requirements and resolving customer issues
  • Proven track record of providing end user support for IT tools
