Job Summary

A telecommunications services provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior IT Business Partner Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with management to develop annual IT investment budgets for respective business areas
  • Leverage technology to transform a service deliver and MSP operational processes. (ServiceNow - ITSM, ITBM, FSM, Etc)
  • Partner with key stakeholder to produce IT solution concepts that help advance the organizations business strategy

Required Skills:

  • This job requires 25% domestic travel
  • 10+ years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments
  • 3 years of experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, business development or client management
  • Experience with service delivery in the MSP market segment
  • Experience working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
