Job Summary

A managed vision care company has a current position open for a Remote Senior IT Cloud Operations and Support Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Driving the company's Cloud, Network, and Infrastructure strategy
Driving to the Cloud for efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing value and agility
Building the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations team by bringing together subject matter experts across the IT organization

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
Fifteen plus years of experience in direct staff management and technology/infrastructure management
10 years direct experience managing helpdesk, Telephony, Operations, teleconferencing and Cloud Ops staff within a multi-location, multi-state corporate environment
Proficiency in MicroSoft Office, Teams and other teleconferencing solutions
Experienced in managing a staff of at least fifty
