Job Summary
A managed vision care company has a current position open for a Remote Senior IT Cloud Operations and Support Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the company's Cloud, Network, and Infrastructure strategy
- Driving to the Cloud for efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing value and agility
- Building the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations team by bringing together subject matter experts across the IT organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Fifteen plus years of experience in direct staff management and technology/infrastructure management
- 10 years direct experience managing helpdesk, Telephony, Operations, teleconferencing and Cloud Ops staff within a multi-location, multi-state corporate environment
- Proficiency in MicroSoft Office, Teams and other teleconferencing solutions
- Experienced in managing a staff of at least fifty
