Job Summary

A telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Senior IT Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular partnership calls to assess user experience and level of satisfaction
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our customer's managers and executive sponsors
  • Identify operational readiness; risk; growth opportunities, within the network

Required Skills:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • 3 years customer support
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Poses a minimum of 3 years customer success management and/or sales experience from an IT company
  • Proficient Project management skills as defined by PMI
  • Familiarity with data extraction, analysis and strategic plan execution
