An automated testing platform provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior IT Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking and driving resolution of customer issues
- Guiding customers through a series of milestones
- Actively managing the success of a portfolio of assigned company customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prepare and present account reviews with various customer stakeholders
- Familiarity with software development processes
