Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Senior IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, architecting and administering the monitoring tools
- Supporting “monitoring infrastructure” activities and work closely with business as usual monitoring teams
- Being involved in developing, modifying and executing Conduent Technology Services (CTS) platform enterprise services policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in the planning, support, implementation and integration of IT monitoring tools and processes
- Solid understanding of large scale applications, network architectures, monitoring and fault management
- Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including system, storage, networking, and security
- Strong ability and experience in managing teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
