An advertising agency has a current position open for a Remote Senior IT Operations Support Specialist in Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Work with Azure Active Directory and AAD Groups
- Assisting with networking and Mac OS
- Utilizing Sharepoint and OneDrive
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years in a role working heavily with the Microsoft cloud environment
- 3+ years in a senior 2nd or 3rd line position in a mixed Windows and Mac environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically to diagnose root causes
