Job Summary
A customer experience outsourcing service provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior IT Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Monitor teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept
- Manage multiple facets of several on-going, highly visible projects
- Create, maintain, and deliver management reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent project management skills, facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent technical skills
- 5-7 years' project management experience with both operational and IT type projects
- Project cost accounting and resource management
- Demonstrated strong understanding of general business management
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage confidential and sensitive data
