Remote Senior IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior IT Security Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform core security team activities
• Act as a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert to evaluate, consult, develop and implement secure solutions
• Support Leadership in developing management policies, processes and procedures for Operations, Risk and Compliance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma | GED
• Associate/Technical Degree OR 2 years relevant experience, OR a combination of both college and experience equivalent to 2 years
• Bachelor’s with Concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or related program OR 4 years experience
• Current CISSP and 1 or more relevant technical certifications
• Strong communication skills with ability to conceptualize
• Ability to work independently and lead teams
