Job Summary

A title and escrow provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior IT Service Desk Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed SLA standards
  • Interact closely with customers to understand their needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within SLA

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of Service Desk experience supporting more than 1000 users
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL / Incident / Request / Problem / Change Management
  • ITIL certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
  • Experience support VDI environments
  • Terminal Services / Windows Virtual Desktop skills
