Job Summary
A full-service mutual insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior IT Solution Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Consult with business leadership within multiple business domains
- Work with stakeholders to drive the evaluation of new business ideas, vendors, and business models
- Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Business or related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data or Systems Analyst
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to assess organizational change readiness
- Ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies
