Job Summary
A management assessment and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior IT Support Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Track and deliver on all open items (including help desk tickets) without gaps
- Respond to all urgent technology requests within a short timeframe
- Consistently fix IT issues without repeated tickets on the same topic
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or corresponding relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Experience as a Tier 3 Microsoft Administrator
- Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform within the first 6 months
- Excellent project/workflow management skills, and strong problem solving skills
