Job Summary

A specialty risk management advisory firm is in need of a Remote Senior IT Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Field all escalated service desk calls and emails
  • Provide remote desktop and server-related technical support
  • Escalate high-level technical issues to appropriate team/individual when necessary

Required Skills:

  • High-level understanding of Windows Server environments (2016 & 2019)
  • Associate’s degree or minimum of 5 years of providing technical support
  • Experience working in Exchange 2016 & 2019 email systems
  • Experience with OneDrive and Azure AD support
  • Experience with MDM solutions
