A global fintech firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior IT Systems Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure
  • Troubleshooting issues with OS X, Macintosh hardware, networking, security issues and other needs that arise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with deployment, configuration projects working with Apple macOS systems and related peripherals
  • 3+ years experience in a customer service environment
  • JAMF Certified Casper Technician or previous Casper Suite experience (Kandji)
