Job Summary
A global crypto finance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior IT Systems Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help maintain and improve our Macintosh systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support
- Onboard new employees and deploy hardware refreshes to existing employees
- Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with deployment, configuration projects working with Apple macOS systems
- 3+ years experience in a customer service environment
- Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system, e.g. Zendesk or similar
- Understanding of management issues for OS X systems, MDM, and using hard drive encryption
- JAMF Certified Casper Technician or previous Casper Suite experience
- Google Apps administration experience
