Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior IT Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with business partners to elicit and capture business needs
- Engaging with business partners and influence project decisions
- Acting as an intermediary between business and IT by using a deep understanding of business processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Functional knowledge of Sales and Service core business processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce.com or related CRM, ERP such as Rootstock or other
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong customer service skills with high concern for quality and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies
