Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior IT Systems Storage Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology
  • Managing storage pools for multiple LPARs, SMS rules, ACS routines, Data classes, and Storage classes
  • Writing, modifying, and maintaining the ACS routines

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field
  • Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integration
  • Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system
