A mortgage and home buying services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Java and Kafka Software Engineer Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Participating in design discussions around architecture
  • Providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Significant experience in software development delivering solutions into production
  • Expert in modern Java development using Spring libraries
  • Prior enterprise-level development and lifecycle experience
  • Proficient Apache Kafka
  • Strong understanding of Docker/Kubernetes in a cloud based (Ideally Azure) environment
  • Experience successfully working remotely and/or with geographically dispersed teams
