Job Summary

A university has a current position open for a Remote Senior Java Angular and React Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading in the building of cloud-native, cutting-edge applications and services to increase and improve the student experience
  • Fostering and utilizing innovative approaches to problems and functionality for all key stakeholders
  • Owning technologies focusing on student success and scalability while supporting a student-focused user experience

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in software development, pioneering new approaches and implementing new technologies
  • Bachelors degree in computer science/information technology/related field or equivalent work experience
  • Automated testing experience in unit testing (junit), load testing, integration testing, code coverage, and UI-driven testing
  • Web UI experience with Angular 9 or similar, Javascript, and jQuery
