Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Java Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and maintain software solutions
- Design/develop web, software, prototypes, or proofs of concepts
- Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience developing and innovating large scale web apps and services
- Experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate server application, and its design patterns
- Strong experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development
- Strong understanding of software design and architecture
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Spring Boot and AWS
