Job Summary
An accounting firm is in need of a Remote Senior Job Listing Tax Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Filing federal and state returns, extensions, and quarterly payments
- Recommending tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues
- Maintaining legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting, and implementing new or revised laws
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Tax or Accounting
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Exceptional QuickBooks and MS Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
- Proficiency with computerized tax software
- Ability to service multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
