Job Summary

A cloud software company is in need of a Remote Senior K12 Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with c-suite executives
  • Analyzing and share customer product usage data and focus on risk reduction
  • Performing robust data management activities in Gainsight
