Job Summary
A technology consulting company has an open position for a Remote Senior Knowledge Management Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, Reviewing & Managing well-organized content based on a thorough understanding of business objectives & user needs
- Supporting the KM team with planning, writing, editing, and reviewing written content for a variety of digital channels
- Participating in content strategy, providing thought leadership, and supporting SEO goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Possess excellent communication skills, understand customer requirements, and provide Knowledge Management solutions
- At least 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management systems in managing omni-channel content or marketing experience
