Job Summary

A technology company specializing in solutions for the trucking industry is seeking a Remote Senior Knowledge Management Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Review common search terms & work with stakeholders/subject matter experts to continuously identify gaps in the knowledge system
• Create and update SOPs, quick answer documents, troubleshooting, and other internal resource content
• Perform search engine optimization and continuous improvement of time to find measures

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree or master degree in English, business administration, journalism or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of technical writing experience
• 3+ years of experience optimizing search engine optimization using white hat techniques
• Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze system performance and create action plans for improvement
