Job Summary
An IT and computer services company is seeking a Remote Senior Launch and Program Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building & managing a high-performing team focused on HGBU Strategic Programs
- Developing & mentoring staff including performance assessments, recognition and disciplinary actions
- Collaborating with partner organizations such as Product Strategy, Product Development, Support, Consulting & Sales
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or computer related field
- 10+ years related experience leading a best-in-class technology or project management organization
- Must be an exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting both in public and online to business and technical executives
- Experience with building and managing high performing teams
- Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through other internal and external organizations and individuals
- Must be able to demonstrate history of good commercial business aptitude
