Job Summary
A digital video distribution company is seeking a Remote Senior Launch Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring Launch Ops Managers are managing timelines for all launches effectively
- Maintaining regular cadences internally with the team
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues that pertain to launch
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years leading a team of 5 or more individuals
- Top-notch problem solving and project management skills
- Comfortable with asserting requirements and deadlines internally and with the customer
- 5+ years experience in project management or technical operations in the digital video delivery space
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of streaming video specs including video codecs, closed caption formats and stream output type
