Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Lead Big Data Engineer and Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Make sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience at the forefront
  • Take feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards
  • Conduct code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of relevant experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java required
  • Strong SQL skills and database knowledge required
  • Strong Linux/Unix skills as an end user
