Remote Senior Lead Data Analyst
Job Summary
An insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Lead Data Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible to support and drive staffing and efficiency
- Working closely with leaders and business partners across the Claims organization
- Developing and maintaining staffing forecasts, models, and analysis
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study
- Minimum of three year of analytical work experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
- Intermediate to advanced programming skills in SAS, SQL, R, and/or Python
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
- Ability to present and explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
