Job Summary
A telecommunications and IT services firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Lead Operations Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing Circuit lifecycle management
- Interfacing with telecom providers, equipment vendors and other entities
- Ensuring services conform to customer mandated SLAs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- CCNP or equivalent knowledge
- Extensive experience implementing and troubleshooting network technologies such as SD-WAN
- Strong working knowledge of circuits management (T1 - 100Gb, Ethernet & IP)
- Experience coordinating and implementing network upgrades
- Ability to test using standard protocols, as well as Iperf and Brix platforms
- Real world experience designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a large scale SD-WAN network
