Job Summary

A K-12 software systems company is in need of a Remote Senior Lead Software Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate, diagnose and correct complex operational issues
  • Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, email and chat-based requests
  • Recognize related incidents and cause/effect incident relationships

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ prior experience in a technical support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Prior CRM experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
