Job Summary
A K-12 software systems company is in need of a Remote Senior Lead Software Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate, diagnose and correct complex operational issues
- Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, email and chat-based requests
- Recognize related incidents and cause/effect incident relationships
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years’ prior experience in a technical support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Salesforce experience required
- Prior CRM experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
