Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Lead Telecom Quality Assurance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring Telecom Experience systems and services are functioning properly for our customers and employees
- Creating tests that model various business scenarios to validate system functionality and expose any risks
- Recognizing and reducing any redundancies in our testing efforts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or other related field of study
- 4 years analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
- Preferred ability to write and execute manual test cases
