A food and cooking ingredients company is in need of a Remote Senior Learning and Development Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Guide the design, development, and deployment of learning solutions
• Use digital tools to design, develop, and deliver solutions
• Provide guidance on learning design

Required Skills:

• Experience developing engaging content for websites, social media, or online communities
• Experience with instructional design, user experience design, or design thinking
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in an agile environment
• Experience creating, editing, and posting videos
